Four precision adjusting racks are designed and produced by our company independently. The main part is made of CNC wire cutting. The auxiliary slide rail is authentic Taiwan silver slide rail.
1. The four-head precision adjusting rack can be installed with 4 30CC needle cylinder hanger (or 4 precision pointing valves) at the same time, and 4 tubes of glue can be placed at the same time, so the precision of pointing glue can reach 0.02.
2. Besides the adjustment of the dispensing machine itself, the position of the dispensing head is adjusted in three directions: front, top, bottom, left and right.
3. The adjustment knob is adjusted by micrometer. The precision can be seen by micrometer to see how much is adjusted, which is more intuitive and accurate.
